Some hides have tiny bald patches or branding marks and to better the quality sometimes have patches/fusing to reinforce the hide. In these cases, we do not attempt to disguise the natural flaws as we see these as proof of authenticity, and as giving each item its distinct character.
All hides are sourced from ethical suppliers and are a natural by-product of the meat industry, they have all been imported with fully approved customs clearance.
