Our website auto-calculates your delivery charges based on the size of your order and where you live in New Zealand. Simply add the items you're interested in to the cart and we'll tell you how much it will cost at the bottom of the cart page.

Please note that Waiheke Island (or any other island) is excluded from normal shipping rates - please contact us for a shipping quote.

If you don't want to pay for shipping you're more than welcome to collect from our Auckland warehouse(s). Collection is Monday - Friday only.

Please note that not all stock is stored in one Auckland location so you may have to collect from two separate addresses depending on the pieces in your order - we'll let you know if this is the case. If you subsequently decide you want to have it delivered instead of collecting we can send you a separate shipping invoice and deliver it to you.



Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, many of our suppliers are experiencing extreme delays in shipping, a combination of a lack of space on vessels, a global shortage of shipping containers and congestion at all New Zealand ports.

Overseas travel restrictions have also contributed to Kiwis spending on and in their homes rather than heading overseas which has seen much higher demand than usual. These two factors together have created something of a "perfect storm." Much of the pieces on our website are sold out and in some cases the next container has pre-sold prior to arriving.

At this point we strongly recommend ordering your pieces as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
