Souk Collective Return Policy
It is not our policy to provide a refund for ‘change-of-mind’ – this includes if you simply change your mind, if the item does not fit into designated space, you decide you no longer require the item, etc. This means that if a customer wishes to return product due to a change of mind regarding their purchase, there is no legal requirement for a return to be accepted, or a refund or a credit to be issued. We endeavour to provide as much information about the product as possible so your decision to purchase is an informed one.
We will gladly replace any items that, on the rare occasion, are faulty or have been damaged in transit.
Upon receiving your goods, please unwrap and check them for damage or faults before signing for them. If there are any issues you must make a note on the delivery docket and ask the driver to initial your comments. If possible please take a photo of the fault and get in contact with us. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by email: orders@souk.co.nz
If you receive a damaged item, claims must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise and packing materials retained, otherwise returns can not be accepted on the basis of damage.
