Sometimes though, you buy something and it just doesn’t look right – you can’t quite put your finger on it but it just doesn’t go in your space quite the way you pictured.
Don’t panic, you’ve got 30 days to decide! If you decide it’s not you after all - we’ll just take it back in it’s original condition*, no explanation required.
Here's what to do:
Make a note of your order number.
Flick us an email with that order number and let us know you want to return an item.
Package it up as best you can. In the original packaging if you’ve still got it. If not, don’t worry!
We’ll arrange to have it collected and refund your full purchase amount and shipping when it’s back with us.
Remember – you’ve got a whole month to decide if it’s right for you.

Original condition* means that the item is as it was when we sent it out to you. You can’t return it if your dog has destroyed it or you’ve spilled wine on it, fair enough?
